Ingredients

  1. 3-4 cupsfresh broccoli
  2. 1large onion diced
  3. 1 quartcut up cooked chicken (or turkey)
  4. 1 1/2 cupspar boiled rice (uncooked)
  5. 4 cupschicken stock (or bouillon)
  6. 1/2 (8 oz)block velvetta
  7. 1 canCampbell’s healthy request cheddar cheese
  8. Adobo seasoning to taste
  9. Garlic powder to taste
  10. Olive oil for sautéing

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté the onion in olive oil for about 5 min. Add broccoli, broth, and seasoning and bring to a boil

  2. 2

    Add rice and reduce to simmer for 18 min. The last three minutes add the velvetta & cheddar cheese can.

    Cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 30 min to fully absorb broth.
