Wonton Soup (Pangsit Rebus)

Steps

Mix all the wonton ingredients (except the wonton wrappers) in a bowl, and stir well.

Wrap the mixture using wonton wrappers as desired.

Wontons can be boiled with the soup broth.

To make frozen wontons, store them in an airtight container and keep in the freezer.

To make the soup broth: Sauté garlic in sesame oil until fragrant.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Add wontons, salt, ground pepper, and mushroom bouillon, and stir well.

Cook the wontons until done (7-8 minutes).

When almost done, add green onions.

Wonton Soup is ready to be served with additional greens and a sprinkle of fried onions.
