3-4 people

For filling
1spoon. Oil
1spoon.spoon. Ginger garlic paste
1small chopped onion
2spoon. Chopped capsicum
2spoon. Chopped carrot
2spoon.. Chopped cauliflower
as per taste Salt
1/2spoon. Cumin seeds
1/2spoon. haldi powder
1/2spoon. red chilli powder
1/2spoon. chaat masala
1/2spoon. garam masala
2small boiled potatoes
Dough
1 cupmaida
as per taste Salt
1spoon. Oil
Shallow fry
as requiredOil

Stir all the ingredients nicely and make a filling.

Knead the dough. Make balls out of dough.

Grease with oil. Make chakli. Shallow fry the chakli.
