Pav Bhaji Khichdi

Wash and soak Rice and Dal for 1/2hr.
Soak red chili powder garlic cloves ginger and cumin seeds in a 1/2 cup of water. for 15Min.and boil it. - 2
Now churn the red chili mixture and make a smooth paste.
Heat Ghee oil in a cooker Salutes Red chili powder paste. Now add chopped onion saute add salt Turmeric powder mix it well.
Now add chopped tomato carrot potato cubes flower florets fresh Peas pav bhaji masala. Mix it properly.
Now add rice and dal. Saute properly and add 2Cup water.
Close the lid and whistle 3. - 3
Open the lid add chopped capsicum and coriander. mix well and serve.
Tasty healthy Pavbhahi Khichdi is ready to Serve. Spread Ghee and Serve hot.
