Ingredients

15 minutes
35 servings
  • 250 gIcing sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 4 cupsflour
  • Halfcup custard powder
  • 250 gbutter

  1. 1

    Beat butter, sugar and essence together till smooth. Add flour and custard powder mix very well. Do not over mix
    Roll teaspoonful in to balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet then use a fork to flatten them. Then bake for 15mins
