Beef Pulao

The meat lover family that we are ....hence the undying love for such dishes is just so clear.
Eid, family gatherings, dinner parties and any special occasion is just incomplete in our home without a meaty dish of pulao which is rich in both taste and meat.
My family just loved this beef Pulao therefore am sharing my special recipe with all you dear friends of mine. Hope you enjoy my recipe.

Beef Pulao

Take a pressure cooker and add water,meat, garlic, Pulao masala and red chilli buttons.

Add tomato, onion, green chillies add the stock and then cover the cooker for pressure for 25 minutes until the meat is tender.

Separate the meat from the stock and strain the stock to remove leftover while masala.

Wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes.

Take a skillet add oil, ginger garlic paste and all dry Garam masala and stir fry till the ginger garlic paste is light golden brown colour. Then add beef Boti and stir fry.

Now add the stock and once it starts to boil then strain the rice to remove it from water and add the rice in the boiling stock in the pot.

Add Shahi Garam masala and mix well. Cook on high flame.

When the stock is dried, then cover the lid for dum.
Turn on a low heat flame on stove then place a flat tawa on the stove and place the rice pot on top of the tawa and simmer for 15 minutes for low flame. - 9
Turn off the flame after 15 minutes of dum and remove the pot from the tawa.

Beef Pulao is ready serve hot with raita.
