First prepare your brown rice, and moog dal in a cooker keep it aside.

Next step big large cubes of white pumpkin adding little bit of water and haldi cook it and separate the water drained and keep it aside then take your 2cups daki with the help of egg beater beat them add haldi,salt,rice powder,chana dal powder keep it aside.

Next step is for kadi masala will be preparing step:take your half grated coconut pour it in your mixie jar add jeera,methi,green chilli,curry leaves,ginger,red chilli everything grind neatly smoothly pour it in a vessel.

Next step is keep a kada in your gas stove pour two tsp coconut oil tamper it with black rai,green chili,curry leaves,hing.After sometime pour your grind masala in your kadai let them cook for sometime and immediately add your daki mixture let them cook for sometime then taste it if you need additional salt you can add and pour into your serving vessel decorate with cut coriander leaves.

Then wash 3ti 4times your Arabhi subji and take a clean water and boil and cook it.after 15minute check with your fork it is cooked completely then pour the water let them cool and remove the skin and you have to add masala in to it Cut the Arabhi in to small cubes and then add haldi,kasmiri chilli,idli gun powder,salt,rice powder,chana dal powder everything mix it keep aside for setting.after 12minute keep your refined oil let them heat for some time and in a medium flame swallow fry all the

Arabhi subji in to golden fry.and take it from the vessel keep it in a tissue paper si that excess oil will be observed.if you want you can make a tadka over it by using black rai,urad dal,chana dal,and hing.

Then take small cube white pumpkin cut into small piece boiled in a water with the help of haldi you can cook nicely.keep the kadai pour some refined oil and make a tadka over by adding black rai,urad dal,chana dal,jeera,curry leaves,hing and add your cook white pumpkin add sambar masala powder,salt,add grated coconut 3tsp,finally add your cooked and mashed moog dal over it your subji ready
