Wash and chopped coriander leaves. Grind (freshly) 6 spicy green chillies, 1" ginger piece, 4-5 garlic cloves to paste.

In mixing bowl add besan, rava, jaggery powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida,salt.

Add chopped green coriander leaves, green chillies ginger garlic paste, lemon juice. Mix well. Add little little 1 cup water to make batter. Beat it for few minutes to make fluffy smooth batter. Keep aside for 2 -3 hours to ferment.(If you want to make instantly add 1/8 tsp baking soda).

Preheat waffle maker. Grease moulds lightly with oil. Pour 3-4 tbsp of prepared kothambir vadi batter. Close and cook for 4 -5 minutes till lower side turn crispy golden brown. Flip and cook another lower side turn crispy golden.

Similarly prepare All Kothambir Vadi Waffle whenever it's time to consume/ serve..as hot waffles are more delicious.

Serve Relish Delicious Hot Kothambir Vadi Waffle with green coriander chutney and dry garlic chutney.
