Ingredients

  1. 2 Tbspoil
  2. 1 cuponion (diced)
  3. 1 cupcelery (diced)
  4. 1 cupbell pepper (diced)
  5. 1small garlic clove (chopped)
  6. 2 Tbsptomato paste
  7. 1/4 cupdry white wine
  8. 2 cans (14.8 oz)tomatoes (diced)
  9. 1 cupchicken broth
  10. 1 tbspCreole seasoning
  11. 1 tbsphot sauce
  12. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  13. 1 poundshrimp
  14. 1/2 cupgreen onions sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a medium pan add oil, bell peppers, onion and celery lightly season with salt cook until veggies are tender

  2. 2

    Add the garlic and tomato paste saute until fragrant then add the wine and deglaze the pan mix in the tomatoes, stock, creole seasoning, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally.

    Add the shrimp and simmer until shrimp are done

    Cook rice according to directions on box
