Cooking Instructions

Take a large plate, add maida, semolina, salt and carom seeds. Mix all ingredients well. Now add oil for moyan. Mix it well.

Add water and knead a hard dough. Cover the dough for 15-20 minutes for fermenting. Now divide it into small parts. Roll it and cut long thin pieces of it.

Take a kadhai heat oil. Gently place mathri in kadhai for frying. Fry mathri as possible at one time. Fry it on medium low flame. Flip sides and fry until turn golden brown. Take it out in a plate.

Crunchy and crispy mathri is ready now. Serve it with tea as a snacks and enjoy..... 😋😋
