In bowl, take besan, chopped methi leaves. Dry roast coarinder seeds and coarsely blend in mortar

Chop and blend green chillies with green garlic Mix with besan. Mix well and add coriander seeds blended.add water gradually. Make dosa consistency batter.

Add baking soda. Mix well.. Heat oil in deep pan. Deep fry methi bhajiya and enjoy your winter.
