Chop your leaves wash and set aside

Add palm oil in a pot then add in onion and sauté for 2mins, add in tomatoes, scotch bonnet and pepper, ginger and garlic stir fry for 5mins

Add seasoning and all your spices stir then add in beef, Kpomo, dry and stock fish stir fry for 5-10mims

Add your water leaf and Ugu leaf stir until well mix, add little boiled water and stir, cover the pot for 5mins in low heat to simmer. You can take it with any swallow of your choice or with rice
