This is the best sauce for anything grilled like potatoes or vegetables. I think it'd be also great on meat.

I usually make the sauce to my oven roasted butternut and oven potatoes. But I didn't have a whole picture of it, so for now I'll only share this recipe to you.

Ingredients

  1. 250 gsour cream
  2. 1 blockfeta (150 or 200 grams)
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. rosemary and thyme, you can also use other herbs
  5. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Put the sour cream, the feta and the garlic in a food processor. I always mince the garlic first because my food processor isn't the best.

    For the Americans here, I dont mean a sour cream dip - I mean actual sour cream that you buy from the diary aisle of the grocery store. Didn't know if I should clarify that because I'm European.😅

    Mix everything together and then add a little pepper. Be careful and dont use to much salt, or anything at all because the feta is really salty on itself.

    And for the last step I added dried rosemary and thyme. I'm sure you can use any herbs you prefer, dry or fresh. I mixed it up again to combine everything and to make the herb pieces smaller.
