Ingredients

4 servings
  • 400 gramsChicken thighs
  • 1Onion
  • 180 gramsBrussels sprouts
  • 130 gramsShimeji mushrooms
  • 1 can○Canned tomato
  • 1 1/2to 2 ○Soup stock cube
  • 1 dash○Salt and pepper
  • 1 dash○Black pepper, bassil if you have
  • 30 ml○Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into pieces and cook until browned. Slice the onion and cook.

  2. 2

    Add the brussels sprouts, shimeji mushrooms, and the ○ ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes in the pressure cooker.

  3. 3

    Leave it until the pressure drops. Adjust the seasonings and it's done.

  4. 4

    This is with chicken wings and a large amount of cabbage.
