CREAMY SCRAMBLED PANEER with GOBHI..
Steps

Firstly boil gobhi florets with lil salt for 2 minutes. Strain it, wash it. Keep aside. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Fry gobhi florets until light brown, keep aside in a bowl.

Now take another pan, add all the given ingredients of onion paste, top up with water. Boil it until onion turns a lil purple & water has reduced.

Cool it, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil & Butter, heat it. Moderate the flame. Add dalchini & choti elaichi, saute it for a sec. In goes ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released. Add very lil water to avoid burning.

Now add onion paste, salt & sugar, mix it well. Add very lil water, cook it covered on low flame until oil has oozed out. Stir in between.

Open the lid, add in black pepper powder, garam masala powder & dhania powder, mix it well. Cook it on high flame until oil has surfaced.

In goes haldi powder, mix it well, cook it for a minute.

Mix dahi & fresh cream, add in the masala, mix it well.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add fried gobhi, stir fry it for a minute. In goes paneer

Stir fry it for a minute, add 1/2 cup water, mix it well.

Give a boil, cover it with the lid, cook it on low flame until gobhi is almost cooked. Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, sprinkle very lil kasoori methi powder. Can be served along with Tandoori Roti, Nan or Lachcha Paratha...
