Steps

Assemble the spam, sausage, tofu, mushrooms and kimchi in a pot and add the sauce in the middle

Pour the stock in the corner of the pot, add the lid and boil on medium high heat for 8 minutes until the stock starts to boil
- 3
Add the instant ramen and rice cakes on top of the pot and boil until the noodles are cooked (2-3 minutes)
- 4
Add the cheese on top and allow to melt, turning down the heat to low
- 5
Can also be served alongside rice and other Korean side dishes
