FOR THE DOUGH 🥣: Start by making a well either on the table or in a bowl with the flour, sugar, yeast, a bit of salt, and the baking powder.

🤲🏻: REMEMBER TO WASH AND SANITIZE YOUR HANDS, AS KNEADING IS IMPORTANT IN THIS RECIPE. Add the egg in the center and with clean hands, begin to mix all the ingredients.

Alternate adding the melted butter with the warm milk until you get a smooth dough. 👩🏻🍳: If the dough sticks to your hands, add a bit more flour to help shape the dough better.

Once all the ingredients are combined, add a little oil to the same bowl and also cover the dough to let it rest for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.

FOR THE FILLING 🥣: In a container, add the cream cheese of your choice with a pinch of salt, adjusting the taste if necessary. 👩🏻🍳: The filling can vary depending on your preference, such as chipotle sausages, ground beef, or another sweet or savory filling.

ROLLS 🥯: Once the dough has doubled in size, start forming 50-gram portions. Flatten them into a tortilla shape with your hands and proceed to fill with cheese. Shape into balls and let them rest on a tray to double in size again.

While they are doubling in size, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Once all portions have been repeated and doubled in size again, brush with an egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake in batches of 6 portions for 30 - 40 minutes at 390°F (200°C) as they will puff up more. Once all portions are baked, let them cool. Done! You can share a little treat with others.

I wondered if I could keep the dough in the refrigerator overnight to make freshly baked bread in the morning without having to knead the dough from scratch in the morning too. Dough I made Thursday morning still baked up beautifully on Saturday morning. The dough I used is a recipe I saw in a cooking magazine a long time ago and is not so sweet. It's not sticky, and has lots of yeast in it, so it rises readily and is easy to handle even for beginners. At the moment I can guarantee that this dough can be made 2 days in advance and kept in the refrigerator.Leave it up to the bread machine to make the dough. ♪ Even if you hand knead it, it will be nice and smooth after 5 to 10 minutes of kneading. You must preheat the oven properly! If the oven is not hot enough the dough may not rise, so please preheat it well enough in advance. This is a fluffy light dough that can be used for savory or sweet stuffed rolls.When refrigerating the dough, I found out that if you form the rolls and use the "partial freezing" function (if your refrigerator has one), the dough doesn't get frozen hard or overproof, and the rolls turn out just right!
