2 servings
  • 7 ounceschicken breast
  • 3 1/2 ouncesportobello mushrooms
  • 1small onion
  • leek
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • heavy cream
  • oregano
  • Parmesan cheese
  • extra virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onion and leek in a pan with olive oil.

  2. 2

    Add the chopped chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    When the chicken is almost cooked, add the mushrooms and a splash of olive oil.

    Next, add the heavy cream and let it simmer until it reduces to a sauce.

    Finally, add oregano and some Parmesan cheese to taste to enhance the flavor.
