We generally use Green Beans in many of our dishes like Curry,fried rice,sabji and many more 😋
Steps

Take all the veggies and cut them into vertical medium sized long chunks

Wash and soak the rice and boil them by adding salt
- 3
Take a frying pan and add oil crackle cumin seeds,Asafoetida,bay leaf,dry red chilli and saute all the vegetables for 5-10 minutes until soft

Add Curd in the small bowl and add the Biryani masala and mix well

Once the vegetables are cooked add the tomato curry and cook for about 5-10 minutes until everything mixes together and add the spices,Salt to taste and lastly the Curd paste and mix them well for 5 minutes

The Curry is ready to serve with Rice,Cucumber Raita and Papad
