Firstly in a kadai or pan take 1tsp oil, then add chopped onion, green chillies 2 minutes saute then add melon seeds, cashew nuts, raisins, almonds and water. Boil for 3 minutes. Then off the flame. Take out in a mixture jar and rest for cooling.

Now cut the paneer into triangle shape. Add turmeric powder and kashmiri red chilli powder. Then take a pan heat oil fry the paneer pieces.

Now paste the boiled onion and nuts. Make a paste and strain it.

Now in a kadai take oil and ghee. Add cumin seeds saute for 1 second, add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2-3mintues then add onion paste and salt. Saute for 3-4 minutes, when the smell becomes removed add milk and sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes again.

Now add paneer and fresh cream, cook for 2 minutes. Then off the flame and cover with a lid. Rest for 3 minutes. Then serve with roti, nun, paratha.
