In a food processor crush methi leaves, radish, beetroot and garlic cloves.

In a big bowl put oil and add whole wheat flour and gram flour.

Now add spices and salt.

Mix well. Add water and knead into a soft dough.

Make medium sized balls from the dough.

Roll the thepla from rolling pin.
- 7
On a hot tawa place the thepla. Flip when one side is partly cooked. Spread oil and flip the thepla again and cook till the methi thepla is cooked evenly.
