Niramish paneer is a creamy flavourful Bengali paneer curry made with no onion garlic suitable for festivals and religious occasions.
Steps

Prepare masala powder with ingredients by roasting then powder it.

Soak poppy seeds,cashews, melon seeds for an hour, then grind it to paste using tomato ginger to smooth paste.

Cut paneer pieces and fry in butter to a nice golden colour transfer to a plate,heat butter add whole spices fry it then add tomato mixture fry it till dry,then add coriander powder,jeera powder, chilly powder salt, sugar mix everything and cook till oil separates.

Add curd and prepared masala powder cook for a while then add paneer pieces and cook it for a minute.

Finally add kasuri methi and niramish paneer is ready. It can be served with luchi (bengali poori), rice and roti.
