Heat a sugar in a small saucepan to make a brown sugar syrup, when sugar turn in syrup add 1 tablespoon water and stir gently. then let it cool completely.

Cut the sponge cake into pieces

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt cream and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.

Spread the brown sugar syrup on cake pieces

Spread a curd cream mixture and make a layer above the cake pieces
- 6
Make a fruit 🍓🍑 pieces layer above cream layer
- 7
Chill the dessert in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Tips
For added flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture.
