Konju fry
It is a Kerala theme dish.
Steps

1)For preparing spicy prawn/konju fry, grind together all the ingredients for preparing masala, into a paste.

2)Clean prawns, retain head and tail. Cut in the middle, devein it and flatten the prawns.

3)Rub the masala inside and keep for 1 hour.

4)Heat a pan, pour oil (2 tbsp)and place the prawns and deep fry it.5)Spicy prawn/konju fry is ready.

Add the lime juice on top and serve hot.
