2 TBSPhoney
2 TBSPapple cider vinegar
2 TBSPolive oil or grass seed oil
2 canssliced beets (not marinated)
1fuji apple, unpeeled and diced
1 tspitalian parsley, chopped

Make dressing: whisk together honey, vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. set aside

Rinse and drain beets and dice apple.

Toss beet and apple slices with dressing, coat well. top with parsley
