Ab kadai mein oil garm karein usme rai til aur garam masaala dale

Ab is tarke ke upar dal ka ghol dale upar se kadai ko dhak de aur slow flame par 10 mins cook karein

10 min baad lid hata ke handwo palat kar doosri taraf bhi dhak kar 10 min cook karein

Ab ise nikal kar hari and merthi chatni ke sath garma garm serve karein..
