Ingredients

8-10 servings
  1. 1-1/2 cupgrape tomatoes sliced in half
  2. 2large peaches
  3. 2large Cucumbers
  4. 1large kosher pickle
  5. 1-1/2 cupsliced radishes
  6. 1 cupextra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  7. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  8. 1 cupdiced peaches in syrup and juices
  9. As neededwater to boil pasta
  10. 1 cupuncooked ziti pasta
  11. 1 tablespoonSalt
  12. 1/2 teaspoonsmoked paprika
  13. 1/2 teaspoononion powder
  14. 2 tablespoonsparsley flakes
  15. 1 tablespoonextra Virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel, remove seeds and slice Cucumbers and add to the bowl

  2. 2

    Wash and thinly slice radishes, add to the bowl

  3. 3

    Wash, peel and remove pit from peaches. Then dice them and add to bowl

  4. 4

    Slice the pickle very thin

  5. 5

    Add to the rest of what is in the bowl

  6. 6

    Add tomato and mix.

  7. 7

    Add cheeses and mix

    45 minutes to an hour before serving boil the pasta. Add olive oil, and salt the water. Remove pasta from water.

    Lay the pasta on a flat surface.

    Add smoked paprika and onion powder

    Add the parsley

  12. 12

    Put on top of the salad

  13. 13

    Let cool in the refrigerator. Serve with your favorite dressing or as is.
