Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3 cupsrice
  • to taste breyani(biryani)spice
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1big onion, chopped
  • 2 cubeschicken stock
  • 1 tablespoondurban masala
  • 250 glentils
  • 5pieces of chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice when cooked let it cool

  2. 2

    Fry onion, garlic and spice until tender

  3. 3

    Add chicken pieces and chicken stock and the breyani(biryani) spice for flavour

  4. 4

    Add the rice and mix well until combined

  5. 5

    When cooked add peppers let it fry for 5 minutes
