Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 poundlamb
  • 1 poundbeef
  • 1 poundpork roast
  • 1-1/2 quartspork Broth see my recipe
  • 1 teaspoonseasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  • As neededsteamed pork Broth noodles
  • 6 ouncesoyster crackers
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • 1/2 cuppanko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cupparsley flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 370 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Slice the beef

    Slice the lamb

    Slice the pork. I used the pork from making my broth.

    Bring the broth to a boil. Add all the meat

    Simmer 30 minutes and let it soak off heat for at least an hour

  7. 7

    Mix the milk and flour. Melt the butter and breadcrumbs set aside.

    Bring the meat and broth to boil add The milk flour mixture and stirring constantly till thickened.

    In the bottom of a 10 inch deep pan add the crackers

    Cover the crackers with the meat. Add half the broth.

    Cover the meat with noodles

    Add rest of the broth. Then the breadcrumbs

    Bake in oven for 30 minutes then let rest 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley flakes.
