36pasta sauce mushroom and garlic
1onion
1/2green pepper
1/2red pepper
1/2yellow pepper
2hand full of frozen mix vegetables
1 cupmilk
1benny spice
2 tbsoil
sprinkle of mix herbs spice

Boil fusilli pasta for 9 minutes drain water let it cool
