First of all add some boiling water to the cracked wheat and cover it up.

Allow it to sit undisturbed for 20 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients along with the cracked wheat.

Divide the mix into equal balls.

Shape each into patties of equal size.

Shallow fry in oil until done on both the sides.
