Wash your rice and boil in a pot of water and leave it to cook for 15mins.

After per boiling the rice, sieve into a bowl.

Get a pot to fry your stew for the Jollof rice.

Pour your groundnut oil in a pot, leave it to heat up for 3 minutes, pour your salt and diced onions inside, stir to fry, pour your tin tomatoes or tomato paste inside, pour your ingredients(Knorr cubes, Knorr chicken cubes thyme, Maggi chicken, Maggi Curry, curry, salt,meat stock, ginger and garlic water,fresh blended pepper.

After that stir to fry, remove part of the stew to baste your meat, pour your rice inside the stew, add little water and leave to cook for 25mins. When the rice is getting dry pour your diced green ball pepper, your onions if you insist and cover the pot until it's done. After which you stir the rice until it's ready to serve.

Wash your plantain and peel it, add little salt in it, pour your groundnut oil in a fry pan and leave it to heat up for 3 minutes. After that pour your plantain inside the fry pan and leave it to fry until it is golden brown.

Also fry your boiled chicken, after that place it inside your fried sauce and leave it to cook for 15mins after which you can garnish it with diced pepper, tomatoes and onions.

And your meal is ready to serve.
