Boil the meat and stockfish,boil with onion,salt and maggi.

Slice the ukazi leaves,pound for 2minutes.

Add more water to the meat.tmeat.the quantity that will be for the soup.

Pour in palmoil,and boil for 8minutes.

Pour in the egusi,turn with wooden stirrer and boil for 7minutes.

Add pepper,crayfish,salt and maggi.

Boil for 3minutes,add the ukazi leaf.

Boil for 2minutes.the soup is ready.
