Ingredients

  1. Fennel Bulb, Sliced thin
  2. Fennel leaves, picked
  3. Granny Smith apple, sliced thin
  4. Walnut, chopped
  5. White wine vinegar
  6. Honey
  7. Olive Oil
  8. Celery, chopped
  9. 2gm-Salt
  10. Lemon juice just enough to coat apples

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice apple and fennel Bulb thin on a mandolin slicer. (If you don't use mandolin, you can cube them) Toss the sliced or cubed apple in lemon juice to avoid discoloration.

    Chop walnut and fennel leaves separately.

  3. 3

    Toss apple, fennel, chopped celery walnut and drizzle with olive oil, honey, white wine vinegar. Season with salt.

    Serve chilled.
