  • 1 boxParmesan Cous Cous (I use Near East brand)
  • 1Cucumber
  • 1 largeTomato
  • 1/4 cupRanch Dressing

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare Cous cous as directed on box. Once done, fluff with fork, place in a large bowl and chill in freezer for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    While the cous cous is chilling, peel and dice cucumber. Also dice tomato.

  3. 3

    Combine veggies with cold cous cous and add ranch dressing. Toss well.
