Steps

cook quinoa in boiling water for 16 min. drain and cool
- 2
segment all citrus in bowl w juices
- 3
same bowl add remaining ingredients except avocado and pomegranite seeds
- 4
add chilled quinoa to citrus dressing mixture and stir.
- 5
season as needed then mix quinoa w spring mix in bowl and plate
- 6
garnish w sliced avocado and pomegranite seeds.
