A traditional Northern Thai Lanna recipe. Easy to make with just a few steps.

Grind the chilies, garlic, shallots, and fermented soybean sheet until fine. Add a little shrimp paste. Stir-fry the chili paste in oil until fragrant, then add the ground pork and cook until just done. Add diced tomatoes. If you prefer more sauce, add some water. Season with fish sauce and sugar. Once done, turn off the heat, serve in a bowl, garnish with green onions and cilantro, and enjoy.
