Ingredients

1 lb.Pork belly chopped
2med tomatoes chopped
1 tsp.Garlic minced
2 TbspsParis or fish sauce
1 tbsppeppercorns
1 cantomato sauce
2large plantains
1small cabbage quartered
1/4 lblong green beans
2potatoes cubed
1 cupwater
2 tbspoil
Optional chick peas

Steps

Heat oil in cooking pot

Sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes.

Add pork and cook until color turns brown.

Add fish sauce, peppercorns and tomato sauce
5

Add water and let boil simmer for 30 to 40 min until Pork is tender

Add potato, plantains cook 5 min
7

Transfer to plate and serve
