Put oil into a pan after heating saute the boiled eggs mixed with a small spoon of turmeric powder until it gets red in colour. Keep it separately.

Now again add oil and put a pinch of cumin seeds and red dry chilli for flavouring then add all ingredients with grinded spinach except butter, ghee and black pepper, stirring for ten minutes add boiled egg, butter and black pepper mix properly for another five minutes spreading with ghee serve Palak Egg
