For a morning breakfast it can be prepared easily and faster with in 15 mins

Steps

Blend poha as poha breaks into 2 pieces
Wash with water and strain them - 2
To a bowl add tamarind and water then squeeze them and prepare juice and strain
For tamarind juice add Rasam powder, jaggery, salt then boil it
Let it cool slightly - 3
Add tamarind mix to a washed broken poha and mix it well
Rest it for 10 min - 4
To a pan or kadai add oil,mustard seeds, chanadal, urad dal, Asafoetida powder, peanuts, chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder,dry grated coconut all these will splutter and mix well

Now add Prepared Tamarind poha mix and mix evenly (mix well) and add chopped coriander leaves for garnish.. Now tasty Sweet and Tangy Tamarind Poha is ready to serve...
