First peel the Mano skin and grate it the bowl.

In a cooking pan, add oil, and allow mustard to crack.

Then add all other ingradients along with the grated Mango.

Cook for 10-15 minutes in the oil and stop the heat.

Allow to cool for 1 hour and preserve it in the pet jar.

U can store it for a month.

Thokku is ready to taste.
