1/2 kgspinach
4onions
2Green chillies
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspcarrom seeds
1/4 tspred chilli
1/4 tspchat masala
as neededOil for frying

Make the better of besan adding salt.carrom seeds.red chilli.

Cut spinach and onions.

Mix in the better.

Stir well.

Heat oil

Make small fritters and fry them

Sprinkle.chat masala

Serve with chutney.
