Apple pudding with crazins

Ingredients

  1. 150 gmsflour
  2. 100 gmsbutter
  3. 150 gmsbrown sugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  6. 1/2 tspginger powder
  7. 4medium size apples
  8. Handfulcranberries and raisins
  9. 1 tspbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Grease pan with a tsp of butter and set aside

    In a bowl mix together dry ingredients - flour, spices and baking powder

  3. 3

    Wisk butter and sugar until creamy, add eggs and Wisk until smooth

  4. 4

    Peel and grate apples, mix raisins and cranberries

  5. 5

    Place 1/4th of the apple mix at the bottom of the greased pan and incorporate the remaining apple mix with egg mixture

  6. 6

    Now add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix lightly to incorporate all ingredients.

    Place pan in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes,

    Alternatively place pan in air fryer and bake for 15 minutes

  9. 9

    Serve with custard and a cup of tea or as dessert with a scope of hazelnut ice-cream
