Assemble all ingredients of 1st layer.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

Whisk all together with hand whisker til no lumps remain.

Transfer this batter in nonstick Kadhai and cook over medium flame. Stir continuously.

Cook it until thick consistency. It will take 3-4 minutes to cook.

Switch off gas let it cool on room temperature.

For second layer. Assemble all ingredients.

Combine all ingredients of second layer into bowl. Mix well.

Transfer this batter into a nonstick Kadhai. Cook it over medium flame by stirring continuously.

Once it thickens it's colour will darker. When it is done it will look like transparent jelly. Switch off gas. Let it cool.

Transfer first layer of vanilla pudding in serving glass. Pour 3/4 th portion of vanilla pudding.

Then pour 1/4 portion of rose pudding in glass.

Cover these glasses with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Keep it in freezer for 1 hour before serving. Garnish dry fruits of your choice. Serve chilled vanilla & rose pudding.
