3 mins prep, yummy, cheap and healthy breakfast/lunch whenever - easily customised with a little streaky bacon, Basil Red Oinion, tomatoes - whatever you fancy, if you wanna go full hipster, use sourdough toast, or beigels or whatever - enjoy, good with strong coffee.

Get a plate, stick the bread in the toaster and deskin and destone half the Avocado an Lime (keep the other half for breakfast tomorrow)

Marmite the toast

Smush the Avocado onto toast, sprinkle Chilli flakes, salt and Lime, smush into mix

Try a little, bit more kick? Add chili, bit more bite? More Lime - all good? Eat!
