  • 10 cwater
  • 1/2 crice vinegar
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2onion
  • 2 Tsalt
  • 1 T5 spice
  • 1 tchili flakes
  • 2bay leaves
  • bbq sauce glaze(opt):
  • 1 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsprice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbspketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbspDijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsphoney
  • 1 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 2 tspchili paste
  • 1/2 tspChinese 5-spice

Steps

    prep veg

  2. 2

    combine water, vinegar, garlic, onion, and spices. BTB

  3. 3

    SIMMER 10-15 MINUTES

  4. 4

    add ribs, return to boil

  5. 5

    simmer 1 hr

  6. 6

    preheat oven 375F

  7. 7

    lay ribs on baking sheet and apply sauce

  8. 8

    bake for 15 mins

  9. 9

    baste

  10. 10

    bake 15mins

  11. 11

    baste

  12. 12

    bake 5 mins
