bbq sauce glaze(opt):
1 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
1 1/2 tbsprice vinegar
1 1/2 tbspketchup
1 1/2 tbspDijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsphoney
1 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
2 tspchili paste
1/2 tspChinese 5-spice

combine water, vinegar, garlic, onion, and spices. BTB

SIMMER 10-15 MINUTES

add ribs, return to boil

simmer 1 hr

preheat oven 375F

lay ribs on baking sheet and apply sauce

bake for 15 mins
