Vegetable soup
This can go with swallow or white rice any time
Steps

Wash very well any meat of your choice put in a pot and season properly and allow it to cook

When the meat has cooked, add the washed stockfish, dryfish, blended fresh pepper to the pot

Add crayfish, kpomo, palm oil and allow it to boil very well
- 4
Add the water leaf and taste for salt, you can add if need be
- 5
Finally add the ugu leaf and allow to simmer for about 2 mins.

Serve with white rice or any swallow of your choice
