Ingredients

  • Masala for any daal
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1tomato puree
  • to tasteSalt andd red chilli
  • 1 tbspginger garlic
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander
  • 1 tspwhole spice powder
  • 2 tbspghee or oil
  • 1 tspcumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil crack cumin

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic and onion and saute it

  3. 3

    Put all spices and cook

  4. 4

    Add tomato with puree cook till oil sepration

  5. 5

    At last add garam masala and cook for 2 minutes...pour this any daal
