Dry roast semolina and keep aside.

Chop onion and green chillies.

Take a wok. Add ghee. Heat. Add rai. Let it crackle. Add groundnuts, urad dal and daliya. Fry them. Add curry leaves. Add chopped onion. Saute for 2 minutes. Add red chillies. Add green chillies.

Now add water. Let it boil. Add salt and sugar. Simmer. Add roasted semolina. Stir. No lumps should be there. Cook till it leaves edges. Done.
