Ingredients

10 servings
  1. *Salad Mixture:
  2. 3-4 C.Cubed Chicken Breasts or Small Beef Stew Meat, cooked
  3. 1 PackageCole Slaw Mix
  4. 1 C.Sunflower Seeds
  5. 1 C.Slivered Almonds
  6. 2 BunchesGreen Onions, green parts included
  7. 2 PackagesChicken or Beef Ramen Noodles, broken up
  8. 1-2 Large CansSliced Water chestnuts
  9. 1 CanBaby Corn Cobbs, halved
  10. **Dressing:
  11. 1 C.Vegetable Oil
  12. 1/3 C.Apple Cider Vinegar
  13. 1/2 C.Granulated White Sugar
  14. Flavor Packets from Ramen Noodles (beef for beef, chicken for chicken)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    In another bowl mix dressing ingredients together. Pour over salad mixture and mix until everything is coated well.

    Cover bowl with lid or plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors combine and noodles to soften a little.

    Take out of fridge n give a good stirring to coat. Then serve n Enjoy.

I make something almost like this very good. Never,thought of beef mine is with chicken. Will have to try beef. Thanks for recipe
